She graduated as part of the 2019-2020 inaugural class of the Appalachian Regional Commission’s Leadership Institute as a representative of Southern Ohio.
Leanne received her Bachelor of Arts in English & Humanities from Shawnee State University and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in banking, financial education and economic development. Leanne is Treasurer of Watch Me Grow Ohio and is Vice President of Business Development and Banking Center Manager at WesBanco Bank in Portsmouth, Ohio. She resides in Ashland, Kentucky with her daughter.

She is Founder and Executive Director of Trillium Project, a small arts and culture non-profit and serves as Director of Grants Development & Management for the Portsmouth Street Art Project.Īmanda grew up on a 280 acre farm in Schultz Creek - a rural farming area in Greenup County, Kentucky. Amanda works to promote the arts through community-based learning programs and revitalization projects for underserved communities. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Shawnee State University with a concentration in watercolor painting and ceramics. Andrew is a member of the Portsmouth NAACP and recognized as one of the most prominent voices in the Tri-State area, advocating for a more humane, inclusive and ethical region.Īndrew grew up in urban Appalachia’s public housing and has a sense of responsibility to highlight forgotten people, a theme referenced in much of his creative music.
He is President of the Fourteenth Street Community Center, Founder of the Portsmouth Block Party, member of the City of Portsmouth Steering Committee, and serves as Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation CAFTA Advisor. He earned his Bachelor of Arts & Sciences in International Relations from Shawnee State University and now serves on their Alumni Council. Andrew is President of Watch Me Grow Ohio.
